How does a FREE senior portrait session sound to you? How about some great images to use on Facebook and MySpace? How about free prints, a custom album, and other goodies?
Wentling’s Studio is looking for students who are about to become seniors in high school and are interested in becoming senior portrait representatives for Wentling’s Studio. Your job would be to help promote our studio to your friends, classmates, teammates, family, etc.  If accepted, for every friend that you refer to us, you will receive special discounts on your print orders and the person with the most referrals will win a prize!
If you are interested, or know someone who might be interested, here are some key points you should know…
In order to be a senior representative for Wentling’s Studio, you must:
  •  Have great style, lots of personality, and enjoy being in front of the camera
  • Be an incoming high school senior graduating in 2012
  • Should be active in at least one sport, club, or other school activity
  • Be available to have your first session completed before August 15, 2011
  • Agree to tell your friends, family, and classmates about Wentling's Studio & share your senior portraits with them
  • Pass out referral cards to anyone you think would be interested
  • Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form
  • Agree to represent only Wentling’s Studio (with the exception of formal yearbook portraits where schools require a specific photographer) and use these images as your senior portraits
As part of our senior representative program, you will receive the following:
  •  Not one, but two photo sessions for a discounted price of only $20 – a session this summer with two clothing changes, done in the studio or one local area location of your choice, and a second session in late May or early June 2012 with your cap and gown, class ring, letterman jacket, or anything else you are awarded at the end of the school year. These sessions must be done within the time frames specified.
  • The opportunity to earn print discounts and other prizes for every person you refer to Wentling's Studio for any type of portrait session including senior, family, newborn, maternity, and engagement. Credits toward Referral Discounts will only be issued when the person referred has completed their session and all fees are paid.
  • 40 personalized model cards to give to friends and classmates with your name, photo(s), and our business information and coupon for the referral.
  • 1 of your favorite low-resolution files from your first session to share on social networking sites, IE: Facebook, MySpace, and Blogs (with our logo imprinted on them).
  • A special blog post about you featuring the best of your session’s images.
Referral Discounts
1-4 Referrals – Once you’ve reached 4 referrals you may choose one of the following:
  •  $15 print credit per referral or
  • One 8x10 portrait
5-9 Referrals –Once you’ve reached 9 referrals you may choose one of the following:
  • $20 print credit per referral or
  • One basic package or
  • 2 5x7s and a wallet special or
10+ Referrals –Once you’ve reached 10+ referrals you may choose one of the following:
  • $30 print credit per referral or
  • 3 High Res images from each session (6 total) or
  • One basic package, and wallet special or
  • Free family session and an 8x10 portrait of your choice.
After your referrals book any full session (senior, family, newborn, maternity, engagement, etc.), bring in your Rep Card, and pay for their session, you will be awarded the credit/referral. In late September, early October we will add up all your referrals and you will be able to pick your prize.
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE…
Our Senior Representatives are not the only winners.  All referred clients will receive a free 5x7custom portrait when they submit your Rep Card with a paid session.
Your participation in the program will not only introduce you to a new way for cutting edge, personalized portraiture, but also a way to earn incentives toward your session for senior portraits at little to no cost.
FAQ’s…
If I get picked, how do I spread the word? We will provide you with free custom-designed senior rep cards using photos from your mini shoot to hand out to friends, as well as a 5×5 custom mini accordion wave book showcasing the best of your first session’s portraits to show to friends, family, and classmates. The rest is up to you!  Is there a bulletin board in the back of the restaurant where you work?  Ask your boss if you can slap a card up there.  Have a Facebook page? Make the low res image you are given your profile picture with a link to our website, www.wentlingstudio.com and/or blog. Are you active in the community or a school group or sport?  Pass the word along to your peers.  The more you can promote Wentling's Studio, the better for YOU!
What are the perks? In addition to the TWO portrait sessions, each client who books a portrait session based on your referral earns you print discounts and credits.  The referral card must be turned in at the session.  You will also receive 40 free rep cards, a 5×5 custom mini accordion wave book, 1 low resolution image to use on social networking sites, and a special blog post highlighting the best from your session(s).
When would you do my portrait session? We will schedule your first session in April or early May in order to get photos for your book and rep cards.  The first session much be completed by May 15th.  We will then provide you with rep cards, a low resolution digital file, and your book by mid-May early June so that you may begin spreading the word before school lets out for summer vacation.  Then, we will schedule a session at the end of your senior year to do cap and gown shots. 
How many representatives will you select from each area school? We will select one girl and one boy from each area school. 
When is the application deadline?We will be collecting applications until August 15th, 2011 from anyone wanting to be considered as one of our representatives.
